About Me.

Every individual has a story and this is mine. I was born and raised in Indiana surrounded by my family and friends. I moved to Florida in 2017 to attend college alongside my mother, and my younger brother who was also going to attend the same university as myself. I met a boy named Kyle in 2019. It was true love at first sight. After a whirlwind romance and a couple moves, we had our first daughter in 2020. As a new mom trying to figure out what our new "normal" looked like, I continued my schooling. I graduated in 2021, despite having a baby and everything the pandemic caused. 
After graduating, I continued to be a stay-at-home mom and homemaker/homesteader, while simultaneously working remotely as a medical scribe. I became pregnant once more in 2022 with our second baby shortly after having a miscarriage in early 2022. The complications of the miscarriage coupled with pregnancy complications, led to a decrease in my health, more doctor visits and ultimately having to quit my job. I decided enough was enough. I needed to focus on my health, the pregnancy and my life with my future children and partner. We had our second daughter in October 2022. I continued to take it easy until my health concerns dissipated.

Fast forward to today, I am still a homemaker and stay at home mom but am now working toward being a successful content creator and running a bakery from my home, all the while doing what I love. I enjoy sharing about my life, my favorite recipes, my favorite finds as a mama and my progress in pantry storage, bulk food storage/preservation and growing our own food.
